RAC Committee are pleased to invite you to the 2023 AGM scheduled on Monday 27th February at 19:00, the venue is the Roche Victory Hall Social Club Roche, PL26 8JF, we do hope you are able to attend.

Roche Angling Club Committee invites your proposals to cover agenda by no later than 14th February 2023 and should be emailed to the club using the following email address rocheanglingclub@gmail.com items sent by any other format will not be considered. All proposals and nominations for election to the Executive Committee must be made by members of the Club in writing; clearly stating the proposers and seconders name and current membership number.

The formal agenda and papers will be issued electronically via email prior to the AGM after member agenda items have been received, vetted and voted for inclusion in the meeting.

Members are reminded to address all comments in a positive manner and the club operates a zero-tolerance approach to negative and antagonistic behaviour, please keep it light and friendly. We look forward to your attendance and participation
